Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume predictions and real-time analytics.
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and robust security protocols across all AI models.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms and evaluate their potential for commercial application.
- Drive technical decision-making processes and establish best practices for MLOps and model deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (10+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale machine learning systems and deep learning architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
