Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning pipelines optimized for 2026 infrastructure and heterogeneous computing environments.
- Lead research initiatives in advanced Reinforcement Learning and Multimodal AI to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate complex AI models into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish and enforce rigorous data governance, security protocols, and ethical AI compliance standards.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs at massive scale.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience building production-grade Machine Learning systems and large-scale distributed applications.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data science libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and hardware acceleration (QPUs/TPUs) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
