- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment in real-world scenarios.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to deliver robust, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and researchers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
