Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead experimental projects exploring novel neural architectures and reinforcement learning paradigms.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and future industry trends.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting advanced code reviews.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, unbiased, and safe for global deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and deep learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
