Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructures for enterprise-level applications.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI research and development, bridging the gap between theoretical innovation and practical deployment.
- MLOps & Deployment: Build robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model training, validation, and production deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Modeling: Proven experience in designing and fine-tuning large-scale language models and computer vision systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
