Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for AI systems that will define our company's trajectory through 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that handle high-volume data.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Generative AI) into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine existing models for accuracy, speed, and efficiency to meet 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
