Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define and implement the high-level architecture for AI-driven products, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale neural networks, reducing latency and improving inference speeds.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to data privacy regulations and implement robust security measures against adversarial attacks.
- R&D Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging AI breakthroughs into our core systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
