At FutureScale Labs, we are building the infrastructure for the year 2026. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the technical direction of our machine learning and artificial intelligence systems. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and future-proof architectures that will drive our growth for the next decade.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, high-performance engineering solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, mentor junior engineers, and ensure our technology stack remains ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Design scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Define best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in an AI-driven environment.
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
