Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision applications.
- System Architecture: Design scalable and robust machine learning pipelines and infrastructure to support real-time inference and large-scale data processing.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and evaluate new technologies to integrate them into our existing tech stack.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI models, including NLP or Generative AI projects.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative and data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
