Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments (MLOps).
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and implement cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production and managing the MLOps lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
