Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly features.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into our 2025 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
