Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic development and deployment of core AI infrastructure and models.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Full-Stack AI Integration: Build robust APIs and microservices that integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our consumer and enterprise products.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI, contributing to internal research and patent filings.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Data Pipeline Management: Design and implement efficient data pipelines to support continuous model training and retraining cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning, with a portfolio of deployed models.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
