Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI systems, focusing on future-proofing our infrastructure for the coming decade.
- Model Optimization: Develop and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models to improve performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Networks to drive internal innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for software engineering and AI deployment.
- System Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and backend teams to integrate AI models into production-grade applications.
- Scalability: Ensure systems can handle massive data loads and scale horizontally as user demand grows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential.
- Algorithms: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
