Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning models and MLOps pipelines tailored for high-volume production environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Take ownership of the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring our technology stack remains ahead of the curve.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision to drive product differentiation.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs without sacrificing accuracy.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to define technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Research: Strong background in NLP, Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD is a plus).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver robust, production-ready code.
