Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Architect the infrastructure required for optimal model performance and inference speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Engineering) to define AI product requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased accuracy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research to integrate the latest advancements into our product.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
