Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and testing within the AI ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products in a fast-paced environment.
