Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models and generative AI systems.
- Design and implement scalable MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate novel techniques into our architecture.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
