Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize deep learning models for real-time, high-throughput inference systems.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Security) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability and robustness of AI infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge research into production environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
