Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for low-latency inference in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Research and integrate emerging AI techniques such as Fine-tuning LLMs and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, CUDA, and SQL.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering impactful AI products.
