Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build scalable, high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling millions of requests per second.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research from top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) into production systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive data-driven insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
