Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for real-time applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional research and product teams to define AI roadmaps.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, retraining, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or machine learning research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
