Responsibilities

- Engage with global regulators, industry bodies, and academia to shape the future of AI legislation.
- Advocate for responsible data usage and transparency in AI decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior team members and cultivate a culture of ethical awareness within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Law, Philosophy, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or corporate governance.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and international standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear policy language.
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy through ethical advocacy.
- Fluency in English; experience in a global tech environment is a plus.
