Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure and future systems.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in designing scalable, fault-tolerant architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Generative Systems).
- Collaborate with product and business leadership to align technical vision with long-term 2026 goals.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system scalability.
- Oversee the integration of third-party AI models and custom in-house solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI and Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor senior engineers.
- Deep understanding of data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI practices.
