Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models targeting 2026 performance benchmarks, including generative AI and reinforcement learning systems.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithms for hybrid classical-quantum architectures.
- Lead technical strategy for 'Future-Proofing' our core products, ensuring longevity and adaptability in volatile market conditions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Design robust data pipelines that handle real-time processing for predictive analytics at scale.
- Conduct rigorous testing for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation in autonomous systems.
- Define and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong aptitude for rapid learning in emerging tech.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of system design patterns, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
