Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement next-generation Machine Learning architectures capable of handling real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Research Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives focused on emerging trends in 2026, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Radiance Fields.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning pipelines for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex research into viable products.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and safety in all deployed models.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Reinforcement Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
