Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge AI systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Next-Gen Integration: Lead the integration of emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Edge Computing into core product suites.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting POCs (Proof of Concepts) for novel technologies to determine their viability for future products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability and optimize latency for real-time AI processing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data in AI environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex projects.
