Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure and future tech integration, ensuring alignment with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable machine learning models and generative AI systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, edge AI) into existing ecosystems.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
