Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in automated decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
