Responsibilities
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration and next-gen computing solutions leading up to 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure supporting advanced AI models and data pipelines.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical visions into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and 5+ years in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
