Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art models (LLMs, Transformers) to ensure low-latency, high-accuracy performance in production environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI development.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge research into practical, production-ready applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Deployment: Manage the full CI/CD lifecycle for AI models, ensuring robustness and security in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
