We are pioneering the next generation of artificial intelligence at Nexus Horizon. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/LLM Architect to lead our engineering efforts in developing scalable, high-performance large language models and generative AI applications.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade systems, ensuring our AI products are robust, secure, and transformative. You will define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, working with world-class researchers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training and deploying LLMs.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Lead the design of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into consumer products seamlessly.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI model deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of transformer models and NLP best practices.
