Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads and real-time processing.
- R&D Strategy: Lead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures and algorithms for 2026-compliant standards.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from prototyping to production deployment via MLOps pipelines.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural network models for efficiency, latency, and accuracy in cloud and edge environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into core business applications.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning principles, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience deploying AI workloads on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
