Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Development: Define the technical strategy for our flagship AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; deep understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning models.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate technological shifts and integrate them into a cohesive product strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
