Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs across cloud infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and computer vision to integrate novel features into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning strategies.
