Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead architectural decision-making for deep learning frameworks, focusing on PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model development, from research and prototyping to production deployment.
- Implement advanced MLOps practices to ensure high availability, monitoring, and automated retraining of models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise-level applications.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including quantum computing concepts and edge AI, to enhance our long-term vision.
- Establish best practices for data governance, AI ethics, and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, CUDA, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance AI projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
