Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning architectures for next-gen generative models.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and data privacy compliance across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Expert knowledge of ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models to production.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
