Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable ML infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen models.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Optimize model training and inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced ML techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production with high availability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
