Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and code quality.
- Ensure robust security and privacy standards are integrated into all AI systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or Docker/Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams.
