Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for complex real-time data streams.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
