Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced AI/ML models and algorithms for large-scale applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and implement best practices
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from data collection to deployment
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
- Present findings and results to stakeholders and technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with proven production-level deployments
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn frameworks
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
