Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and optimize inference latency to ensure real-time performance.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement novel techniques to improve model accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, AI research, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex problems and debug distributed systems at scale.
