Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time inference and low-latency deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and multimodal models.
- Ensure AI ethics, safety, and transparency in all model deployments.
- Drive technical mentorship and code reviews for junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Ray, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or robotics.
