Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to define and deliver innovative AI features.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and optimization to ensure models run efficiently at scale.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the team.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or shipping high-impact products.
- Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kubernetes).
