Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, Research) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure high-quality performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and NLP to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
