The Role: You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models. You will work with a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable AI solutions that solve complex real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures, including LLMs and diffusion models, using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference and training pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using distributed computing and hardware acceleration (e.g., TPUs, GPUs).
- Research Integration: Stay abreast of the latest academic research and integrate novel techniques into our production systems.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, experience with deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX), and familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Deployment: Proven experience deploying models to production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
