Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to the engineering best practices library.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
