Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of production AI/ML pipelines using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Apache Spark
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain engineering excellence
- Optimize model performance for edge and cloud deployment environments
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and publish research in top-tier conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in developing production-grade ML systems at scale
- Strong foundation in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision architectures
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI practices
