Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the architecture of end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model training and MLOps deployment.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends, including Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Multi-modal learning.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and contribute to the engineering team's knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), and SQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
