Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing and inference
- Lead development of generative AI models for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Optimize model performance for edge deployment and cloud-native environments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct research on novel neural architectures and quantum-ML hybrid approaches
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
