- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, specifically those shaping the 2026 technological horizon.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
